Yoga practice this morning integrated awareness presented during acupuncture yesterday…along with chanting of Yoga Sutra 1.3  tadah drastruh svarupe avasthanam, translating to:  then, inner being true nature establishment.

Matt surprised me yesterday, treating me to beautiful flowers, champagne and a fun fish pop-up card, which he was very proud of. Happy Anniversary to Us — Tyler & Matt 10 years

Good to be here in Fla again!

15 days in California was fabulous…even the dry air, which became moist with fog cover after sunset & early in the morning. Did feel a bit more moisture when we got closer to the coastline on the 2 days off. First, Santa Cruz where I surfed my 1st ever California waves @ Pleasure Point - Peak 2 and then downcoast @ Carmel, Point Lobos & Big Sur where we hiked, explored and swam in a river.

East Coast tropical storms Kyle & Laura provided South Florida waves while I was traveling and my arrival home is good timing as the swell is still rolling in and I spent today surfing a new beach break North of here. Matt took a few candid photos of me changing in front of another guy! We are going surfing with Keeani Lei & her boyfriend, early in the morning.

In the afternoon I begin teaching my ongoing yoga class again, focus on pranayama. Excited to start filming pending productions…
