Saturday, September 29th, 2007Thanks to New Members for your interest and support in joining!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend…..
I had a GREAT week last week and sure was glad when Friday afternoon arrived. Around 4pm we headed to the beach with the dogs and after swimming in the ocean, I took a nap in the sunshine…so nice. Last night I was even too tired to masturbate in the hottub!  Â
Why so tired, you ask?Â
September was a wildly hectic month.  Interior house painting is taking its toll on my body (and mind, from the fumes)!  Yet we are loving our chosen colors: mahagony, truel teal and freshwater.
Driving around town and marketing myself to local yoga studios was fun yet somewhat trying although successful!  Just yesterday I met with a new yoga studio owner to teach her one on one in a demonstration/interview type class. My first time doing something of this sort.  I am SO GLAD it is past and I am now scheduled to teach in her studio starting next week …. YEAH!  During October and November, I will now be teaching 2 formal yoga classes - one at a studio South near the city, where I have been teaching 5 months and now this north studio near the inlet and island.  I also have connected with my first private client who I will provide 3 sessions this month.  WOOHOO!  All this just 2 months before my next and final of the 4 trainings to obtain my 500-hour yoga teacher certificate December 15th.  I am working diligently to finalize my yoga home study assignments and final project of writing up my teachings of a 18-week series of classes, which is going well. This next months classes are focusing on pracitcing yoga to experience different energetic effects through postures and breath - more specifically, asana in brahmana, langhana, samana and pranayama!  Got it? Â
Hmmmm…..After my back tweaking out about a month ago (first time in over 15 months), this week I started formally practicing yoga again and the Vinyasa Flow Yoga class I attended kicked my ass! I was pleased to learn that the endurance I built up pracitcing regularly the past few months was still there, but my energy level was challenged, BIG TIME! Â
I feel fortunate to be seeing a holistic healer/chiropractor and believe in this again — as I haven’t seen a chiropractor since 1996 when my back was in acute pain and I was a non-believer in chripractics.Â
I also spontaneously drove over 800 miles in 3 days to be with my dear girlfriend and help with her baby delivery. WOW! That was an experience of a liftetime…. to feel the incredible energy of the mother-to-be while holding her leg and trying to help her calm her breathing and seeing the crowning and then the best part – that first BREATH of AIR the baby takes. MY GOODNESS. A sweet reminder how precious that which sustains is — our breath — is, that which we are dependent on …and graicously enough, is given freely!
Ahhh, October my favorite month of the year with plenty of family and firend celebrations. Most importanly, next week our 9th wedding anniversary and as well as my Grandmothers 2nd birthday since her passing. Missing her dearly yet making time to remember my ancesorts who taught me so much in this life! The week after on the 8th, Matt’s 39th birthday. October 1st, Happy Birthday Richard and October 5th, Birthday Wishes to Vaughnster.
On the interenet business front, I will be posting photo updates first of the week. Model Courtney is coming Monday and I think we are up to about 5 productions…I am preparing for models Karinee and her girlfriend, Fayth to arrive October 15th. We have a new couple wanting to film with us, Daneille & Don.  As always, I am working on filming my personal custom productions…ready to start taking on more - just email your ideas, fantasies and stories for pricing.Â
Now, I am off to enjoy my Saturday and Sunday — GOING WITH THE FLOW….while the wind increases out of the East up to 30 knots expected tomorrow, and the low pressure off the East Coast starts to push swell and wind waves in here — up to 10 feet and over is reported. We shall see. I love to feel the energy of Mother Ocean and will be spending most the weekend out and about, boating and beaching.
Love,
Tyler
