Weather is incredibly nice as the sun begins to set and the moon is waxing about half full - full moon expected Wednesday the 20th.  This is the time to mainfest your desires to transpire on the full moon!  I smell someone grilling steak and my stomach reminds me I am hungry! 

A challenge to do nothing!!!  We live in such a always do something society!!!  Especially when business is at home like my life!  My arms and shoulders are feeling every muscle from horsebackriding, canoe paddling, and a new strong yoga class last night, not to mention the 11 computer hours today!   My mind says do yoga but my body says do nothing and here I am typing again!!! 

HAPPY EARLY VALENTINE’S DAY TOMORROW!!!

…I might just not turn my computer on all day to give my body and mind a break.   A day on, a day off.  

My idea Valentine Day surprise would be a Day at the Spa.  Manicure, Pedicure, Facial, 90 minute massage/body work and then to the hair dresser for a hair trim and blow dry.  I do know my husband won’t be providing me such - so I will consider treating myself to just the massage - the therapist I desire is available Monday, so I will wait and see about scheduling.  I can tell when my body needs loving, caring, and intiuitve hands on it. 

So now shall I prepare to film 2 videos I had in mind to accomplish, or maybe pay past due bills?  Hmmmm, I could paint some more of my yoga room, or get in the hot tub.  Perhaps I should do nothing….despite so many options!

Transition …. I achieved a good amount of sleep hours this weekend as well socialized quite a bit at 2 birthday parties, boating and a Superbowl party.  Beginning to market myself with friends and friends of friends — for yoga clients.  All the while feeling the need to keep up with catching up on emails pending in my BOX as well, getting the cameras rolling to film pending productions.  Courtney is supposed to come tomorrow to talk about upcoming videos to film.  Alissa is anxious to come film but not just yet.

My artistic focus is painting my new yoga studio room to prepare for my original intention of creating a private client base. 

In Eat, Pray, Love - I have made it to Indonesia and am speaking with a Balinese medicine man!  LOVE THIS BOOK!!!  Also loving journaling my yoga studies, moods, teachings, quotes, sutras, hopes, aspirations, dreams…thoughts, names of new people I meet, and on and on and on.

Rainy, cool, windy and an overcast day … I spent time reclined on the sofa …. responding to emails, which will take another few days for sure!  Matt lounged around on our beloved sectional sofa by my side and we had the Chargers and Patriots football game on, to watch New England win and celebrate in their earning to the Superbowl 22!  We are not sincere football fans yet after being on the go, traveling for so long and without TV, it seemed a nice, traditional American way to spend a rainy Sunday.

Tonight we are going out on the town…here we come, South Beach, Miami - to a 5 year anniversary Bliss party, meeting a few friends — all dressing in a military attire to accomodate the party theme.  I am ready to dance dance dance!!!  Taking along my pocket camera to capture some of the fun — OH, by the way, we captured photos during our day, Friday - from yoga in the backyard to dress up and sex in the night.  Getting into the swing of things here in South Florida.  Wishing all a nice day off tomorrow as the US celebrates Martin Luther King Jr.

Loving this book!  In Book Two, I am traveling through India (with recently divorced 34 year old author, Elizabeth Gilbert) and we are exploring meditation — a place I am in my own yoga training and personal practice, therefore quite relevant to my re-integration here at home … In Book One, We ventured through Italy together, learning the language and savoring each meal — a lack of sex with a strong hint of sexual energy surrounding, leaving me wanting more…perhaps when we travel to Indonesia in Book Three!

Relaxing into South Florida life after 6 weeks of mysteriously wonderful wild and crazy travel.  

This afternoon I look forward to teaching my ongoing weekly therapuetic yoga class.  My next priority to take care of pending custom video productions…pulling my folders from my drawers now.  I appreciate each custom video client’s patience during this transition time into the HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008!!!!   12 years out of college with my BA in Education, instead of formally teaching, I have opted to work on a computer in this adult industry for 12 years …. The past 2 years I have been in school once again and I graduated December 15th, WOOHOO!   I now have 8 1/2 months to integrate my teachings while focusing on the study of anatomy & 3 individual case studies in preparation for to further/continue my education starting September 2008 through October 2009 - in California!!
