ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY COOL CRISP WEATHER here in South Florida with the a/c off for a couple days now. 70s daytime/40s nighttime. Last night we sat around a backyard fire and made s’mores (yum!). Feeling horny today and looking towards filming pending custom videos.
My intention this week is daily excercise (walking, bicycling etc) and as of this mornings personal yoga practice, consideation of daily activities of body, speech and mind. Asking myself: What is most important to me? What are my highest priorities? What do I place highest value on?
I’m off to market for an upcoming Yoga Workshop this weekend…also excited about dressing up for a house Halloween party Friday night.
Windy today gusting to 25 knots out of the southeast…Matt kite surfed his 10m - most guys were flying 9 meters. Very xciting to watch him while hanging out on the beach with Daisy. I was wearing s hort skirt without anything underneath and the wind blowing between my legs was nice – after his surf session, I slid into my swim suit & we played in the ocean beach break. Of course this was an afternoon break between morning and evening work. Still computer working now..while cooking dinner. A friend is over and my pussy is WET …going to jump my man after the friend leaves (or maybe I should jump them both now?!)

After my girl date called to share the news of Obama being in Florida, we spontaneously decided to blow off the rest of our planned day to road trip to Miami to attend a rally with Barack and Michelle Obama. 82.9 mi – about 1 hour 30 mins — WOOHOO!!!
slept deep and experienced foward motion, connecting with a girl falling - very theatrical dreams. up with the sun today to head to my 1st taichi class this morning…new experience, new people. acupuncture last night was - what it was, which i am not exactly sure of yet. i did seriously relax - but who wouldn’t laying still for over an hour. still skeptical but curious. next appointment monday. this did lead to possible trade of yoga for massage, WOOHOO!!!

Ahhhh, 12 hours of sleep last night - still feel a lil tired still and a slight headache, probably dehydrated. Started my day with yoga, just checked the surf and made plans to go surfing after our Yoga Workshop “Knees, Ankles & Feet” — No plans tonight (maybe we will meet up with our new girlfriend and her guyfriend) and hope to do some boating tomorrow with the tide right around high noon.
