Standing on the end of the dock ‘in the midst’ of a bright starry sky reflecting onto the calm Core Sound water and feeling as if we were floating in space and experiencing a unique dimension of life, beyond that which we are formerly familiar.  As well, I am in such honor to see shooting stars here and there…

Walking in sand through dunes to the ocean’s edge and into and up the dunes passing a WWII Bunker to stand above it and see the sunset into the Atlantic Ocean.

Tranistioning into using big words to define Vini:  differentiation, adaptation & appropriate application when I teach my 1st yoga workshop here in NC this weekend – on chronic low back pain.

Merry Christmas Eve from Carolina….

Arrived safe and sound in NC — USAirways flights were good.  My 1st day of ‘hom in-law’ meals…feeling full and happy.  Temperatures into the teens tonight, it’s cold!!!!  Great time to snuggle up and stay warm.
