Awoke at some point last night, during deep sleep with thoughts of the Divine, waking to this thought for the day (above). So, I will now turn my attention to integration of this thought of Divinie and see ….
My waning moon intentions of living in the now and following my heart synch with these 2 words, thoughts/ideas above, so I am happy.
The next 2 1/2 weeks we will be working hard in preparation to head to Salt Lake City Utah, (my 1st time to Utah) — to go snowboarding/skiing, which will be our for the first time in 4 years!!! I let go of wintery mountain ski trips while I was in yoga therapy school which I graduated from in October, 4 months ago now.
This past weekend, L-cross / mudfest was wildly fun. A bit crowded with not quite enough space for our tastes, however, good to be out and about with large numbers (1000s) of people.
Best of all to sleep in a tent under the stars, watching the earth rotate. Waking to an un-predicted and un-expected freeze in the morning…not sure what the temperature got down to but there was frost and even ice on the ground step of our tent. Overnight we were both trying to figure out why our faces felt cold despite our bodies from head to toe (in nice sleeping bags) were warm and toasty. We were actually woken up by a man and woman across the way having a morning yelling argument. Too funny. I was quick to rise and gather fire wood to cook our breakfast and have a lovely Sunday.
