Trade
This morning i experienced my first ‘trade’ - an hour private yoga session for an hour massage, back to back. A completely blissful exchange. As well, mother nature is offering us warmer temperatures and bright sunshine the past 2 days. It was warm enough yesterday I wore shorts, for the first time in a long time and while on the beach for a short while, I even slipped into my bikini top (with comfy lightweight pants). Heading to the beach again today to do some kite surfing and I might get into my full bikini, depending on how the air temp of 74 degrees with SE 14 G 22 MPH wind feels coming off the cooler 67 degree water.
